About the Program
Finding the Keys is a workshop experience designed to give you real-life recruitment and hiring solutions that can be applied across industries. There are no excuses. This is a unique opportunity to roll up your sleeves and do the work with one of the nation’s leading subject matter experts.

Led by Sharifa Johka, former Director of Equity at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and radical inclusion activist, this workshop is designed to give attendees actionable steps to successfully operationalize equity values in recruiting and hiring practices.
Logistics
The workshop is conducted virtually with a combination of personal reflection, small group work, and large group conversations.

Computer-generated captions are available for all programming. ASL Interpretation and/or Live Captioning is available if requested two weeks prior to the training. For other access support, please let us know at the time of registration.
